My base prices for travel are for up to 4 people, for bridal events are up to 10 people, and for other social or corporate events are up to 30 people. If you are planning something larger there may be an additional fee requested. Generally if the planning doesn’t take me longer with the larger group I will not charge more, but some things as you can imagine like a large wedding reception would definitely take longer and more detail to plan and therefore would require a higher rate. The estimated amount would be discussed upfront at the initial inquiry conversation.

Ideally, you will reach out 4 weeks in advance for moderate-sized events and/or domestic travel plans and 12 weeks in advance for larger events and international travel; please inquire regardless if you are unsure, I may be able to work some magic even if you’re in a time crunch.

If you book the bridal shower or event packages we do include up to two hours of day of coordination in that cost. Any a la carte needs would have to also include the day of event planning services added on to have Victoria onsite the day of your event. Any travel related packages or plans Victoria would not be in attendance for (unless you need it, in which case an additional travel fee would be charged to cover Victoria’s travel expenses and time).
Note: even for things such as travel where Victoria will not be on the trip with you, she will be available to answer your questions or deal with any hiccups she can help with.
